Ingredients

9/20 kilograms Margarine
1 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup Sour cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/4 teaspoons Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
1/4 cups Sugar
3/4 cups Nuts
3 tablespoons Melted butter

Description

Quick and easy coffee cake recipe

Directions

Mix all ingredients for the cake (margarine to vanilla) together. Beat 3 minutes.

Put 1/2 of the batter into a well greased tube pan. Sprinkle with half the filling mixture. Pour remaining batter on top. Sprinkle with remaining filling topping. Pour 3 T melted butter over the top of the cake and bake at 350F for 45 min.
